If you are staying at an RV park, please be aware and note the following customer responsibilities:

• Confirm that the park permits mobile RV repair and allows RV technicians to work on-site 
• If access is denied, we cannot issue refunds, and a $75 service call fee will apply
• Any fees charged by the park for technician access will be billed to the customer

Service Call Fee: $75, within a 40 mile radius

Hourly Rate:  $150, billed in 15-minute increments 

RV Park Fees:  Any fees charged by the park for technician access will be passed on and billed to the customer 

Distance Fee: $2 per mile for each mile beyond the first 40 miles 

*Additional fees apply for emergency services outside regular hours and on holidays. 

All payments are due upon completion of service or repair. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express,  Discover, debit cards, Zelle, and cash.

Please note that we do not accept checks, Bitcoin, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. 

Customer cancellations of scheduled appointments may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

• 48 Hours Notice: Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will receive a full refund, minus any applicable bank processing fees.
• 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will receive a 50% refund, minus any applicable bank processing fees.
