roof & Exterior wall inspection

The roof and exterior walls of your RV are constantly exposed to harsh weather conditions, from scorching sun to heavy rain and freezing temperatures. Over time, these elements will cause wear and tear, leading to the deterioration of seals around roof vents, skylights, windows, trim, and other areas. Regular inspection of your RV roof and exterior walls by our expert certified RV technicians is essential to prevent water damage, maintain structural integrity, and ensure energy efficiency.

Inspection includes:

  • Examination of roof material for punctures, tears, cuts, bubbles, or areas where the material is separating
  • Examination of sealant on exterior walls
  • Inspection of all seals
  • Assessment of the condition of vents, skylights, and solar panels
  • Check for any holes, cracks, debris, or signs of rubbing
  • Please note: Repairs are not included

SAFETY EQUIPMENT INSPECTION

An RV equipment safety inspection is vital for identifying potential hazards and risks, helping to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of your RV.  With this service, our expert certified RV technicians will ensure that all safety alert devices are up-to-date and functioning correctly.

Inspection includes:

  • Fire extinguishers and alarms
  • Carbon monoxide alarms
  • Smoke detectors
  • Propane leak alarms
  • Propane regulators
  • Propane tanks
  • Tire dates and condition

fluid analysis

Fluid testing of lubricants and coolants in both new and used RVs is a cost-effective way to assess the condition of your motorhome or RV's engine, transmission, and generator without the need for disassembly.  Much like a blood test for your RV, fluid samples are extracted and sent to a lab for detailed analysis. This analysis is not only crucial for used RVs but also invaluable for new ones, as it establishes a baseline for future evaluations.

Fluid analysis detects trace minerals, chemicals, and metals in various fluids, providing early indicators of excessive wear, thermal breakdown, or chemical contamination.  By identifying these issues early, you can prevent major failures, extend the life of your equipment, and reduce downtime. Fluid analysis can be performed on the following components: engine oil, radiator coolant, transmission oil, and generator oil.

Fee structure:

  • One fluid sample analysis:  $150
  • Each additional fluid sample analysis:  $75
